HIS MIDDLE NAME IS "HARDWORKING." At least, that's what Shawn and Scott Ballard say about the effort and energy Hayes Clawson brings every day. Hayes was raised and educated in Sequim, WA, before attending CwU where he received a Bachelor's degree in Paramedicine. We were fortunate Hayes took the recommendation from his instructors in college, and finished his final evaluations with us. His professors told him Ballard Ambulance is an excellent place to gain experience because of our strong mentoring program, leading edge emergency equipment and procedures, and family oriented atmosphere. Right after he completed his finals, we offered him a job. Eventually, years down the road, Hayes thinks he would like to become a physician and specialize in surgery or as an emergency room doc. But right now he wants to remain with us and be a part of helping people when they need it the most. We are proud and happy to have Hayes on board. He's a big contributor to our team.
